Online Teaching Boot Camp

Dates: June 27, 2022 – August 5, 2022

Program Summary: The Online Bootcamp is a six-week intensive survey of best practices for online teaching, open both to faculty new to online teaching and those who have experience. We will focus on inclusive pedagogy, universal design for learning, and assessment and evaluation of online courses. Activities will include the creation/revision of a syllabus meant for an online class and an assignment prompt for the course. Besides the weekly synchronous zoom, we will have various readings and resources to help make online teaching as accessible and successful as possible.
